What is the Process of Extraction?
Raw materials reception
The raw materials are sampled and Identified according to the procedure in the QC dept.
Grinding
After passed by the QC dept., the computing system releases the batch , which is then ground into a size suitable for the subsequent process
Extraction
Extraction process in stainless steel tank for 3 times according to process requirements，full computer control.
Spray Drying
The concentrated liquids are dried at reduced pressure， then get the powder form.
Sieving
The product is sieved according to the process requirements.
Packaging
The final product is packed inside double plastic bags with plastic strap, then put into a drum.
